8 Week Cardio Program to Achieve More Stamina, Greater Energy and Less Body Fat Program – App Version
This program is delivered via my Dowdell Fitness Systems Coaching App available for iOS and Android. You will benefit from having more detail and most of all be able to access in app features. Choosing the App Version of this program can make your training program even more dynamic.
This 8-week program is designed to help take the guesswork out of your cardio training and maximize your time investment. No more going to the gym and doing the same exact cardio routine that you have been doing for ages.
You will learn how to set up your individual heart rate training zones and then have a program to follow based on these zones, which will help you achieve higher levels of overall conditioning.
Finally, there is even some information on how to incorporate this program into your current training routine.
Inside the App, you will find a Coaching section where you will have access to six short coaching videos in order to educate you on a variety of topics pertaining to the program as well as a nutritional handbook to help teach you proper nutritional habits for living a healthier, leaner lifestyle.
As for the cardio program itself, it consists of two phases (which scale up in intensity from phase to phase). The first phase is designed to build up your aerobic base; the second phase will incorporate medium intensity intervals and the final phase will focus on high-intensity intervals.
