This 90-day program is designed to get you lean. It consists of three, 4-week phases. Inside the App, you will find everything you need in order to get the most out of this experience. The Coaching section has six short coaching videos in order to educate you on a variety of topics pertaining to the program so you can get the most out of this experience.

As for the training program itself, it consists of three, 4-week training blocks (which scale up in intensity from phase to phase) and each block is broken down into two main components, the strength training sessions, and energy system development (i.e., cardio) sessions. I’ve provided some additional program details below:

  1. Strength Training Sessions
  • The strength training workouts will be performed three times per week on non-consecutive days (i.e., M, W, and F).
  • Each total body strength training session will be preceded by a short dynamic warm-up (i.e., Movement Preparation) and it will be followed up with some light static stretching.
  • In phases 1 and 2, there are two different total body strength training workouts and in phase 3, there are three different total body strength training workouts.
  • The sessions should take under an hour including the warm-up and stretch.

     2. Energy System Development (ESD) Sessions.

  • These ESD (i.e., Cardio) sessions will be performed three times per week on the days in between the strength training sessions.
  • Each phase 1 will have three different ESD workouts and the focus will change from phase by increasing intensity.

Finally, the accompanying nutrition program is designed to work synergistically with each training phase. It includes three, 4-week meal plans (recipes included) which are based on your specific calorie level which is predetermined by a special Shredded in 90! calorie calculator inside the Member’s area on my website. You will receive an email with a link to this once you enroll in the program.

Please note, the program itself requires a Deluxe Home Gym setup so please see the info below. For your convenience, I have asked the people at Power Systems to create several different Deluxe Home Gym packages for me.

Now if you think you may want &/or will need a wider variety of dumbbell options than what is already inside the pre-designed Deluxe Home Gym packages, I would highly recommend substituting the individual pairs of dumbbells with a set of Power Blocks. In addition, I would also suggest upgrading to the Adjustable Flat to Incline Bench as well but that is up to you.
